The grunting has ceased!! Sora is now making super cute squeals of delights & sticking her toes in her mouth and munching on them! Im so relieved the grunting has stopped. I took her in to the doctors because the advice nurse said she might have a respiratory problem, she also had alot of drooling. The doctor said she might be teething or she could have just learned a new noise.
She weighs 15lbs 11oz and is strong as a 6 month old. Meaning her head control. The other day she was in her bouncer trying to squirm her way down so I lifted her back up, well she kept her elbows bent and leaned forward. I left the room and when I came back she was sitting up right! I told James to get out of bed and to check her out. We were pretty proud of her and watched from a distance not to distract her. We went back into our room and started talking about our chores and we hear her squeal. I looked out and saw baby toes in the air! She fell out. Lol. Oops :). Guess we need to start strapping her in now or get her a helmet.
She had two shots today at the doctors. Daddy had to hold her, the nurse was really quick. The first shot Sora pouted, it took a while to register that it hurt and by the second one she realized the pain and cried. Mommy was all ready to hold her, I had her pacifier ready to go but then she stopped crying. We were expecting a tear storm but got a light drizzle instead.
We were hoping she could start eating real food, but the office likes to wait til 6 months to start solids.
